I was quite sick today as my cough is getting worse due to my flu.... I went to see doc at Capital tower and was given half day MC. I went back to clear mywork before head home. By the time I reached home is already 3pm. I triedto take a nap but keep waking up due to my cough...It was later than I manage to catchsome peaceful nap....

It been a long time since I watxh my favourite show at 430pm. I watch till 530pm then I lied on the bed till 730pm... I went to get dinner while waiting for hubby & son to return home.

I have been sick with blocked nose for a week and till date still not yet recover... I had slept alot for these 2 days but I still feel very tired and weak..... I woke up around 4pm and hubby mentioned to go Jurong Point as Ah boy yearn to go out... Reluctantly... I agreed and we took a bus there...

Ah boy only likes to eat at Mac, which make me worry that he is not adapting to new food... so we insist that he can only eat at other fastfood... We brought him to KFC instead...thou he look disappointed, but he still eat his food...

We had our dinner at Koitiam which is reopening today...to our disappointment....the place was quite shabby done and the food there is so expensive.... We had a quick bite and proceed with our shopping as son is quite impatient seating there.... We brought him to departmental store to see toys followed by going to NTUC... Thereafter, we took a bus home around 730pm which resulted that I missed 1 hour of my favorite show....

2nd trip to KL on 21 Dec 2003

Our first time taking train to KL.... We did not book any hotel room when we decide to go on a last minutes trip to KL. We bought the train ticket from Tanjong Pagar train station and start our journey to KL on our own....

We have been down with flu & fever for past few days....so we decied to take a short break to KL for a holiday....

We came to Chinatown first and had our breakfast Tim sum at one of the coffeeshop. Then we start looking for accomadations, but because is December school holiday + near festive seasons, most hotels room are taken up. We managed to reserved a room for the next day at Swiss Inn hotel, which mean that we have to continue to search for a hotel for the night to come.

Finally we found a very low class hotel and drop our luggage there. The place looks dirty & old....and charges is high too..abt RM120

We took a the monorail to tour around...

We had our dinner at one of the Chicken restaurant....

Finally we book in to Swiss in hotel...we are very satitfy with the room and it only cost us RM90 with free breaskfast.

The breaskfast are quite nice too...and we enjoy our stay there...

The temple is just nearby the hotel that we stay...after breakfast, we went there to pray before getting ready to check out of hotel.

This si also our first time taking train back to Singapore....
